بسم الله، والحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله ومَن والاه.. وبعد: فَقَدَت أمتُنَا العربية والإسلامية ابنًا بارًّا من أعزِّ أبنائها، وقائدًا فذًّا من خِيرة قادتها، وعالمًا ربَّانيًّا، وعاملاً مخلصًا، ومجاهدًا قلَّ نظيرُه على مدار التاريخ.. هو أمير الشهداء الشيخ "أحمد ياسين"- مؤسس حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس)- في فلسطين، في جريمة بشعة ارتكبتها عصابات الصهاينة المحتلين، وأشرفَ على تنفيذها رئيس وزرائهم السفاح "شارون"؛ حيث قصفت طائراتُه- الأمريكية الصُّنع- الشيخَ الجليل المُقعَد الأشلَّ، وهو خارجٌ من مسجده، بعد أن أدَّى صلاة الفجر (غرة صفر 1425هـ= 22 من مارس 2004م)، فأردته شهيدًا ومعه جماعة من رفاقه وآله، في عملٍ جبانٍ ارتجَّ له ضميرُ الأحرار في العالم كله.
كان الشيخ الشهيد نموذجًا للإيمان في استعلائه وشموخه وعِزِّه، ودليلاً على قدرة الإسلام العظيم على صياغة النفوس وقوة الإرادة ومضاء العزم، واستنهاض الهمم، وتجاوز الصعاب، واستشراف النصر، وتغيير الواقع، وتحويل مسار التاريخ. إننا إذ ننعاه نهنئُه بتلك الشهادة على ذلك النحو الفريد، تلك الشهادة التي أمضى عمرَه يتمنَّاها ويسعى من أجلِها، لا يفتر عن التذكير بفضلها وبيان آثارها، وتربية أصحابه على الحرص عليها، والدعاء إلى الله- تعالى- بالظفر بها: ﴿مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلاً﴾ (الأحزاب: 23). وهل من مقامٍ أفضلُ من مقام الشهيدِ عند ربه، مع إخوانه من النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين؟! وهل من سبيلٍ إلى مغفرة الذنوب أسرع من الشهادة في سبيل الله؛ حيث يُغفَر للشهيد عند أول قطرة من دمه؟! وهل من رفعةٍ أعز من رفعة الشهيد حين يلبس حلة الكرامة يوم القيامة على رءوس الأشهاد؟! ما أبقى عذرًا لأحد نرجو أن تكون روح الشيخ الطاهرة قد تعانقت مع أرواح إخوانه السابقين "حمزة" و"مصعب" و"سعد بن معاذ".. وروح شيخه وإمامه "حسن البنَّا"، وأرواح أصحابه وأبنائه الأبرار: "يحيى عياش"، و"صلاح شحادة"، و"إبراهيم المقادمة"، و"ريم الرياشي"، وغيرهم من شهداء هذه الأمة المباركة.. ربما كانت تلك الشهادة آخر ما تَمتَم به شيخُنا من دعواته في صلاته التي لقي اللَّه بعدها؛ فلا نامَتْ أعينُ الجبناء!! وهل أبقى الشيخُ "ياسين" عذرًا لقاعدٍ؟ وحُجًّةً لمستكين مستسلم يرضي بالذلة ويقبل بالهوان؟! وأيُّ عذرٍ تركه ذلك الشيخ المقعد على كرسيه، وصواريخ العدو وطائراته تدكُّ جسَده النحيل، الذي أضناه الألم، وأرهقته السنون؟! أيُّ عذرٍ تركه لمن يمتلئون عافيةً، ويقتدرون سلطانًا وجاهًا؟! شرف القضية إنَّ شهادة شيخنا الجليل لا تَستَمِدُّ جلالها فقط من مجيئها على ذلك النحو المروِّع الذي جاءت عليه؛ بل تستمد عظمتها- أيضًا- من أنها جاءت والرجل يصابر عدوه في أشرف ميدان؛ دفاعًا عن دينه ومقدساته ووطنه وأهله وأمته، فلم يكن يومًا معتديًا أو متجاوزًا، وإن وَصَمَه المجرمون بالإرهاب والتحريض عليه، فإذا كان الدفاع عن الحق والوطن والحرية في وجه مَن اغتصب ذلك كله إرهابًا؛ فماذا يكون فعل "شارون" وعصابته في موازين العدل وسنن الحياة؟!
ثم رأَس المجمع الإسلامي في غزة؛ ليقدم من خلال نشاطاته الاجتماعية الحلول المدروسة لقضايا مجتمعه وهموم قومه، ومضى يحشد الصفوف ويميط حجب الغفلة، ويقدم في كل ذلك القدوة والأسوة، فما ردَّه اعتلال صحته، وما عافته سجون العدو ومعتقلاته ومحاكماته العسكرية الجائرة. ثم انتقل إلى طور التكوين الجهادي الصريح، فأسس حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) سنة 1987م ليكون ذلك نقلةً نوعيةً للجهاد المبارك في أرض الأقصى الأسير، وليعلن- في وضوح- أنه امتداد للحركة الإسلامية العالمية، فنص البيان الأساسي لـ(حماس) على أنها "الذراع الضارب لحركة (الإخوان المسلمون) في فلسطين المحتلة". وضوح رؤيته الجهادية لقد أعلن الشهيد مرارًا أن فلسطين وقف إسلامي، لا يجوز لأحد التفريط في شبر منه؛ لأنه ليس لأحدٍ الحق في ذلك، وأن الجهاد هو السبيل لتحرير فلسطين، بعد أن تاهت الأمة عقودًا من الزمن في سراديب المفاوضات العاجزة، والحلول الموهومة، والأمل الخدَّاع بأنَّ أوراقَ القضيةِ وحلولها في أيدي أمريكا أو غيرها من عواصم العالم ودوله.. وأنه من الممكن أن يسفر التعاطف الدولي المراوغ عن أمل حقيقي للوطن السليب إن تخاذل عنه أهله.. وقرر الشهيد العظيم أن تحرير فلسطين فرض عين على المسلمين، لا يجوز التهاون بشأنه، وأن ساحة الوطن هي ساحة الجهاد التي ينبغي حشد كل القوى داخلها.. كما أعلن مرارًا تحريم الدم الفلسطيني على كل فلسطيني، وأن الوحدة الوطنية بين أبناء فلسطين هي الدعامة الأولى لاستمرار الجهاد وحفظ مكتسباته، وقد أثمر جهاد الرجل وصحبه، ولم تضع تضحيات أبنائه ودماؤهم، رغم أن جهادهم وافق عجزًا عربيًّا مهينًّا، وتآمرًا دوليًّا ثقيل الوطأة، ودعمًا أمريكيًّا للكيان الصهيوني غير محدود، وعلى كافة الأصعدة. وبعد سنوات من الجهاد أصبحت قضية فلسطين في قلب الأحداث العالمية، قضية بلد يسعى إلى الحرية بالدم والجهد بعد أن سدت أمامه سبل الحلول السلمية الممكنة، وقضية شعب يقول للعالم: إن الأمة التي لا تجيد صناعة الموت لا تستحق الحياة.. ولم يبق وطن في العالم يُعانِي الاحتلال العسكري الصريح غير فلسطين، ثم أخيرًا العراق، وأصبح الجهاد هو السبيل في وعي ذلك الشعب العظيم، وتلك الأمة الممتحنة، وتوارت محاولات الاستسلام المهين، والتسويات المذلة، ولم يكن ثمن ذلك الإنجاز رخيصًا؛ بل كان ألمًا ومعاناةً وتجويعًا وهدمًا للبيوت وقتلاً وتشريدًا ونفيًا ومصادرةً وتشويهًا لنبل الجهاد وغاياته. وقدم الشيخ "ياسين" الأسوة بنفسه.. فحوكم في بلد تدعي الديمقراطية والحرية.. وحُكِم عليه بالسجن مدى الحياة، ثم خمس عشرة سنة تزيد على ذلك!! وتوالى الشهداء من صَحبه وبَنِيه أمام ناظريه، فما ردَّه ذلك عن قناعته بحتمية الجهاد وقرب النصر:﴿وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ قَاتَلَ مَعَهُ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُوا لِمَا أَصَابَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُوا وَمَا اسْتَكَانُوا وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ﴾ (آل عمران: 146).
لقد توحدت الأمة كلها في مشاعرها الفياضة خلف الشيخ الشهيد، تودِّعه بقلوبها، وتعاهده على استمرار المسيرة.. إن الدَّم المِهرَاقَ لن يذهب هدرًا، وأعداؤنا يعلمون ذلك، وقد كان في شهادته- كما كان في حياته- عاملاً على وحدة القوى والجهود في الوطن المحتل، وكانت جنازته المهيبة تعبيرًا حرًّا عن وفاء ذلك الشعب المجاهد لشيوخه وقادته ومناضليه، ومَن خلفهم ملايين المسلمين والأحرار في العالم كله تدعم جهادهم وتتحرق شوقًا لمشاركتهم.. غير أن ذلك الهدير الشعبي الغاضب يفجر في نفوسنا تساؤلات حارة متأملة لحكامنا وأولى الأمر فينا: ماذا عندكم؟ وماذا أنتم فاعلون؟ هل لديكم ما يشفي غليل شعوبكم ويطفئ جمرة الغضب؟ وهل من سبيل إلى وضع خطة مدروسة للخروج من نفق الخوف والاستسلام والتردد والضعف؟ خطة تحترم عقيدة الأمة وهويتها ورغباتها، وتعتمد على إمكاناتها الحقيقية المهدرة، وتوقن أن الإصلاح المنشود لن يأتي إلا من داخل هذه الأمة، وأن تحرير الوطن السليب ومقدساته لن يأتي عبر موائد التفاوض السري الذي تتبدى من خلاله عورات ضعفنا وسوءات عجزنا؟ إن الأمة تنتظر من الحكام والملوك والزعماء العرب في قمتهم بتونس موقفًا حاسمًا من الكيان الصهيوني، ليس أقل من قطع العلاقات- كل العلاقات- معه وطرد سفرائهم من بلادنا، وتقديم "شارون" لمحاكمة دولية كمجرم حرب.. الأمة تنتظر قرارًا ينشلها من وهدة التخلف والعجز، ويحشد الطاقات والإمكانات والقدرات، علميًّا وتقنيًّا واقتصاديًّا وعسكريًّا وإستراتيجيًّا على مستوى العالم العربي والإسلامي لمواجهة التحديات الصعبة التي تواجه الجميع.. لقد صبرت الأمة طويلاً وما عاد في القوس منزع، وحرِيٌّ بنا أن نُعطيها الفرصة- وهي حقها- في المشاركة في صنع حاضرها وتقرير مصيرها. إن الحديث عن (أوسلو) و(مدريد) و(خارطة الطريق) بات مستفزًا للمشاعر الغاضبة، باردًا وسط الدم الحار المسفوح لأهلنا وقادتنا كل يوم.. وإن أمريكا هي النصير الأول لعدونا؛ بل هي العدو الأقرب الذي تعصف بنا طائراته وصواريخه ودباباته التي سلح بها عصابات الصهاينة في فلسطين، أو قوات جيشه هو في العراق.. وهل استشهد "أحمد ياسين" ورفاقه إلا بطائرات أمريكا ودعمها؟ أليست إدارة "بوش" هي التي شَحَذت أسنان الصهاينة ضدَّ شعبنا يوم أن وصمت الجهاد العادل في فلسطين بأنه إرهابٌ دمويٌّ، ويوم أن وصفت جماعة (حماس) وغيرها من جماعات المقاومة في فلسطين بأنها جماعات إرهابية؛ لأنها تتصدى للحليف الإستراتيجي لأمريكا؟ بقيت لنا كلمة
لقد دنا النصر- إن شاء الله- وأفرغ العدو آخر ما في جعبته من كيد، وإنَّ مع العسر يُسرًا، كما ندعو تلك الملايين الحاشدة من الأحرار الذين هزَّتهم الجريمة المنكرة إلى مناصرة تلك القضية العادلة، وهم حين يناصرونها إنما يخضدون شوكة عدو قد توحش وطغى، فما عاد خطره- عند ذوي الألباب- بقاصرٍ على أمتنا وحدها.. وإنَّ سنة الله في خلقه أن ينصر من نصره، وإننا على موعد من ربنا بالنصر: ﴿كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ﴾ (المجادلة: 21)، ﴿وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾ (يوسف: 21). أما أنت يا أمير الشهداء فنمْ قريرَ العينِ، ونُعاهد الله ونُعاهدك أن نظلَّ أوفياءَ لهذه وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد، وآله وصحبه وسلم، وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين. Ahmed Yassin the Martyr of the Nation In the Name of Allah, praises to Him and peace and God"s prayers on the Messenger and those who follow him With the assassination of Ahmed Yassin ,our Muslim and Arab Nation has lost one of its most dutiful sons, a skilful leader, a godly scholar, a sincere worker and peerless fighter, namely Ahmed Yassin -the Ameer of the Mujahideen and founder of Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas.In a cowardly act of aggression which moved the entire world, Ahmed Yassin-the quadriplegic, wheelchair-bound old man and some of his companions- while getting out of the mosque after committing the dawn prayers - were shot by the made-in-America gunships in an Israeli operation supervised by butcher Ariel Sharon We pay tribute to Ahmed Yassin and all the pious martyrs. We feel unhappy about his passing away at a time when the entire Nation is badly in need for his wisdom, perseverance and sacrifice. We confirm Ahmed Yassin"s place as a symbol and icon of his movement and brothers, a fighter whom our Nation is proud of. With his jihad,. He taught us that there is no excuse for any people to struggle to restore its rights now that he proved to be the one who sacrificed his personal needs and got over his handicap, to become the quadriplegic who moved his Nation and the conscience of the free world . He was also a matter of concern to the tyrants, while teaching the weak how to overcome their weakness and defeat their enemies Martyr Ahmed Yassin has been a paradigm of Faith and evidence of Islam"s power of reforming wills, overcoming obstacles, Attaining Victory over the Enemies and changing the course of history We pay tribute to him and salute him as a mujahid who always dreamt of martyrdom and lived all his life wishing and working for it , preaching about its importance, encouraging his companions to work hard to attain it and asking Allah for it :"Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah [i.e. they have gone out for Jihad (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers]; of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred); and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e. they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allah] in the least" Al-Ahzab.23 The position of the Martyr is so important before Allah. Ahmed Yassin is now the with the prophets, the martyrs, and the righteous. Martyrdom for the sake of Allah is the fastest means through which God would forgive the sins. With the first drop of blood from the Martyr, his sins-if any - are forgiven. His head will be crowned with nobleness in the Day of Judgment before all people We hope the souls of Ahmed Yassin met the souls of the first martyrs: "Hamzah", "Moseab", "saad Bin Moeaz" and the soul of Martyr Imam "Hassan Al-Banna"; also the souls of his righteous companions and sons:"Ayyash", "Shehadda", "Maqadma" and "Reem Al riyashy" and other martyrs of this blessed Nation. Martyrdom was the last wish he asked Allah for in the dawn prayers The martyrdom of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin was not only honorable because he was fighting his enemy defending his religion, family, homeland and Nation, but because he was never the aggressor nor did he demand anything but to restore his usurped land. If defending the homeland and freedom are considered acts of terrorism, what then - according to standards of justice- do we call the acts of Sharon and his gang The importance and greatness of the Martyrdom ofAhmed Yassin is attributed to a well-prepared jihad. Since his youth, Ahmed Yassin joined Muslim Brotherhood and accepted to work according to its principles and rules. On the pulpits of Gaza strip, he-with brevity and rehtorique - assembled people around and convinced them of the Islamic solution for change and revival Becoming Head of the Islamic Centre in Gaza strip, he presented well-planned solutions for the problems of his society topped by setting a good example. His cripple and imprisonment in the enemy"s prison did not prevent him from doing so Then, he moved to the phase of pure form of Jihad. In 1987, he founded the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas as a tactical step in the blessed Jihad on the Land of Palestine clearly announcing Hamas as a group affiliated to the Muslim Brotherhood world movement. The Principal Declaration of Hamas states that Hamas is" the striking arm of Muslim Brotherhood in occupied Palestine" Ahmed Yassin frequently declared Palestine as an Islamic Waqf ; no one has the right to leave any part of it to the enemies because it is for all Muslims worldwide . He also declared that Jihad is the only means to liberate Palestine now that the Nation has been lost for decades through sterile negotiations and deceiving solutions and hopes- lost for decades. The claims that America and other world countries have the solution of the Cause and that the world sympathy is a ray of hope to the occupied homeland turned out to be a wishful thinking Satirically, in a country which claims democracy and freedom –i.e Israel- Sheikh Yassin was sentenced to life in addition to 15 years!!. He witnessed his followers and companions fall martyrs but this did not make him wane. He became more convinced that Jihad is a must and victory is near:" And many a Prophet (i.e. many from amongst the Prophets) fought (in Allâh’s Cause) and along with him (fought) large bands of religious learned men. But they never lost heart for that which did befall them in Allâh’s Way, nor did they weaken nor degrade themselves. And Allâh loves As-Sâbirûn (the patient) Al Emran.146 Now, the entire Nation is united in paying tribute to Shaeikh Yassin, promising that it will continue follow his footsteps. We will avenge his blood ; our enemies know this well. His Martyrdom- like his life- served as a catalyst in uniting efforts and factions in the occupied lands. His great funeral was a manifestation of the faithfulness of this Nation to its clerics and leaders. Millions of Muslims and free men from among the entire world support them and want to participate in their jihad The fury of people drives us to ask our rulers: What are you going to do? Do you have any response which may vent the wrath of your nations? Can we rise up to the level of the event and realize the absurdity of the peaceful solution and the strategic solution with this bloodsucker enemy? Will we do as the West does : a condemnation followed by a silence? Will our rulers correspond with the nation"s aspirations which consider jihad as the only means to end occupation and restore the dignity? The Arab Nation expects from the Arab leaders and kings in Tunis Summit a decisive position towards the Zionist entity and the least to do are : cutting all relations with them , expelling their ambassadors and putting Sharon before a court as a war criminal . The Nation expects a decision to collect the scientific, technical, economic, military and strategic powers and potentials to face the difficult challenges confronting all of us. Ahmed Yassin was assassinated by made-in-America gunships Bush" administration encouraged the Zionist enemy when it name the just Jihad in Palestine as "bloody acts of terrorism" and when describing Hamas and other resistance movements in Palestine as " terrorist groups" because they fight the strategic ally of America, namely Israel Martyrdom of Sheikh Yassin was a result of the incapability of the Arab and Muslim rulers and regimes which stand idle vis-à-vis the American and Zionist schemes The martyrdom of Ahmed Yassin won"t weaken the resistance against the occupiers of Palestine. On the contrary the resistance will increase, god willing. Millions of Muslims believe that the only way is to die like Ahmed Yassin. We support our mujahideen brothers- Hamas and other factions- in Palestine and ask the peoples of our Arab and Muslim Nation to support this jihad during this turning point in our history Victory is so near and the enemy has done everything possible. We ask all those millions of people who were shaken by this act of terrorism by the Zionists to support this just Cause because the danger of the Zionists is not confined to Our Nation. Allah will help those who help His Cause.we surely expect the help of Allah "Allah has decreed: "Verily, it is I and My Messengers who shall be the victorious." Verily, Allah is All-Powerful, All-Mighty".Mujadala.21. "And Allâh has full power and control over His Affairs, but most of men know not".Joseph.21 Peace and God"s blessings are on the prophet. ﴿وَالَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَلَن يُضِلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ* سَيَهْدِيهِمْ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَهُمْ* وَيُدْخِلُهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ عَرَّفَهَا لَهُمْ﴾ (محمد: 4- 6).
وإننا إذ ننعي شهداءَنا الأبرار ومجاهدَنا العظيم الشيخ "ياسين"، وإذ تتألم نفوسنا لفراقه في وقت تحتاج أمتنا فيه إلى حكمته ومصابرته وعطائه لنُدرك في الوقت ذاته أنَّ الشيخ "ياسين" لم يكن رمزًا لجماعته وإخوانه فحسب، ولم يكن مفخرةً لأمته فقط؛ بل كان حجةً على العالم بأسره، حين قدَّم للبشرية نموذجًا فريدًا لإنسان استعلَى على حاجات نفسه، وإعاقة بدنه، وقسوة ظروفه؛ ليكون محركًا لأمته وهو قعِيدٌ، مزلِزلاً للظلم والظالمين وهو أشلٌّ، موقظًا للضمير العالمي وبقية الخير في دنيا الناس لنصرة المستضعفين والمضطَّهدين، ومقيمًا للحُجَّة على هؤلاء المستضعَفين في الوقت نفسه ألاَّ يستسلموا لعوامل ضعفهم، وقهر أعدائهم.
وتستمد تلك الشهادة عظمتها- أيضًا- من أنها جاءت إثْر جهاد مدروس الخُطى، واضح القسمات، يستنكف أن تذهب أرواح المجاهدين الغالية في انفعالات الغضب الجامح، أو ثورات النفس المضرَمة، دون إعداد وتربية وبصيرة، فقد ارتضى- منذ شبابه الباكر- أن يعمل وفقَ مبادئ (الإخوان المسلمون) ووسائل عملهم، وحشد النَّاس من حول الحل الإسلامي للتغيير والنهضة من فوق منابر المساجد في غزة بقوة حجته، وصدق لهجته.
وماذا بعد استشهاده؟
هل نرتفع إلى مستوى الحدث الجليل فندرك عبثية الطنطنة بالحل السلمي والخيار
الإستراتيجي الخانع مع عدو متغطرس وقيادة تعشق دماءنا ولا ترتوي؟
هل نعلو لتكون ردود أفعالنا على ما نحن بصدده متمايزة عن ردود أفعال عواصم الغرب الذي أدان واستنكر، ثم عاد إلى صمته المريب؟
وهل من أمَلٍ أن تتوافق خيارات حكامنا مع خيارات شعوبنا التي باتت واثقة من أن الجهاد هو السبيل لرد العدوان ونيل الكرامة؟
وهل كان استشهاد الشيخ "أحمد ياسين" إلا نتيجة لعجز الأنظمة والحكومات العربية والإسلامية، وتراجعها أمام المشروعين الصهيوني والأمريكي؟
إن استشهاد الشيخ "أحمد ياسين" لن يفتَّ في عضد المقاومة ضد المحتلين الغزاة في فلسطين؛ بل سيزيدها اشتعالاً وتوهجًا بإذن الله، وإن ملايين المسلمين في العالم اليوم تهتف في قرارة نفوسها بأنه لا سبيلَ إلا أن نموت على ما مات عليه، ونحن إذ نشد على أيدي إخواننا في أرض الأقصى من كافة الفصائل الفلسطينية المجاهدة، وعلى أيدي إخواننا في حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس)، لندعو جماهير أمتنا العربية والإسلامية إلى دعم ذلك الجهاد في هذه المرحلة الفارقة من تاريخنا.

Sheikh Yassin-the quadriplegic whose feeble body was shot by the missiles of the enemy has left no excuse for the able-bodied who abstain from jihad and those who accept surrender and humiliation

Martyr Ahmed Yassin confirmed that the liberation of Palestine is a duty of all Muslims. We shouldn"t be reluctant or sluggish in this duty. He also stated that Palestine is the field of jihad where we should assemble. He frequently announced that killing Palestinian by a Palestinian is not legal; the national unity among the factions of Palestine is the cornerstone of continuing and preserving the victories of Jihad. The jihad of Ahmed Yassin and his companions was accompanied by Arab and Muslim disheartening and an international heavy conspiring. The price of realizing these profits was not cheap: suffering, hunger, devastations and deportations and attempts to disfigure the nobleness of jihad
